IF Y SEE THIS AUTHOR, REMEMBER TO HAVE HIS LEGS BROKEN..

TENDER TUNA TROMP

written by Oilver St. John Gogarty

Woke up this morning before me alarmsy wnt off. Doughnut know why. maybe it was the goods raw fish me had last nite w/me lady. We walked to an old place that I used to frequent in the old new neighborhood with other gf's and work friends. Great atmosphere with little rooms on the side for private dining. We sat in middle of the room fortunatley right below the giant TV hanging on the wall. Got to watch the Bulls lose to the Pistons (read about my reaction to hashing in the comments section of Dachicagosports blog). I hate all Chicago sports teams bee cause they just aren't any good. Compared to the rest of the world their winning of champs is very low. + rooting for Chikago sports includes commiserating with shicago sports fans, some of the worse in the universe. Back to the 魚. Me lades and I get to go out every so often and we love sushi, though she usually gets something different. last night she ate the same as me. We walked to the place, actually our second choice, the first being closed on 월요일. I've heard that many sushi restaurants are no longer owned by japanese. The Koreans have taken that market over. Food was passing. We will probably skip it next time though it was fun to walk there aND look at our neighbors and neighborhood as we pranced along. AC spotted us on our march as she drove by. She claimed we looked like newly weds in love. It's great to walk. You really get a taste of the outside world that is quickly forgotten but never lost after years of Pt or driving. It reminds me of the slower quieter days Of my college years. I was spoken of back then as a great walker, probably faster than anyone around, but I also enjoyed the slow walks, especially when accompanying a good friend or lovely female. Tomorrow I will comment on cousin #3 and his chess club match that i will attend. And don't miss the Film societies screening of The Killer of Sheep this coming up monday. One of the greatest low budget films of the past 30 years. There will be a review of this coming soon.

Please give credit where credit is due. Gallo deserves no glory for what I have written. Think again Security Out. If you don't know who I am you can't break my legs. Me thinks it be your legs to be broken.

Now my daily blog.

ALL WORK AND NO PLAY MAKE JOHNNY A DULL BOY!

Work, work, and more work. And what are we working for? A quick chat with my buddy Citterio, he starred in one of my early student films, had us quickly in agreement. We are getting to that age where we've had enough of the working part of life and not enough of the enjoying. Sure we wasted away years of our lives staying out late, enjoying being young. Maybe where spoiled by the privilege of being college educated and white, from middle class neighborhoods, butt when we signed up, we didn't sign up for this. And to make matters worse we are both public servants. We chose our professions to help other, and what do we get for it. Bills and quiet nights at home resting up for the next days work. What do we do? The worst part of it all is that we have another 30 years of this shit, and it ain't gonna get any better. We , at least I, love my job, but there is a limit to how much a man or woman can take. How about a more European style work ethic, where they work to loive. Though the Europeans seem to be becoming more like us. No wonder kids are dropping out of school and drug use continues to grow.
I'll be at the CJ's cafe pictionary competition tomorrow night. There will be a recap on that if I have enough time.

Work is either fun or drudgery. It depends on your attitude. I like fun.

What is—"Paradise"—
Who live there—
Are they "Farmers"—
Do they "hoe"—
Do they know that this is "Amherst"—
And that I—am coming—too—

I long to accomplish a great and noble tasks, but it is my chief duty to accomplish humble tasks as though they were great and noble. The world is moved along, not only by the mighty shoves of its heroes, but also by the aggregate of the tiny pushes of each honest worker.

Hilts you are one lousy detective -perhaps your new nom de plume should be Clouseau. You know I never walk anywhere -- I only travel via luxury automobiles.
