Could it be- mite Gallo actually join the dcs? I want to claim credit, however, for approcahing him longtemps ago.
Read this, and check out his comments. We'll see. The obvious strenghts of dcs (coverage of the Sox, Fire, and St. Rita football in particular) only go so far. We need more Yankees, Vikings, Rangers, and Knicks coverage.

As I suggested, maybe I can be a Special Correspondent ala Jim McKay. The Yanks are the only team you mentioned I think I follow closely enough to say anything about. But then I read something like Roger Angell's stuff in the New Yorker and think why bother? (I sent you the link of his latest). The priority for CSB should be to get Rosario a regular column on the Bulls and to get a commentary from the Angry Pacifist on why the face of the NBA is a white South African Tottenham fan.
He should beef up the regular Bull stuff, but special columnist gallo would be great.
