Actually, just frenz w/ one of the Poster Children, but it'll be kool to see'm @ some.....ok. hifalutin show in Milinium Park. I'd asked J.A.V.A. to send me some info on the upcoming show, and @ first he humoursly sent me a site thathe admitted "had nothing on it"- presumably, stuff i'd go up on it in time, but i chuckled @ the emptyness of it all.
On the PKids site, it goes like this:
Great Performers of Illinois
Yes- it's happening! We're dusting off the cobwebs and playing some shows. Our first (public) performance in almost 3 years will be at Millennium Park in Chicago for the Great Performers of Illinois Festival on the "New-School Folk" stage curated by the inimitable Nick Macri. Also playing will be Coat, Joshua Abrams, Lanterna, Darin Gray, Billy Dolan, and Occidental Brothers. The show is Sunday, August 12th, starts at 11am, we play at 4pm, it's outside and it's free!
